How to solve this problem? And what is that?

qv11 is not your hostname.
Give correct hostname. It should fix the issue.
The fact that I have a locally created webticket
And on the hosting no
No generation of ticket on hosting
What's your server name ?
Name QlikView Web Servers - QVWS @ qv11 (if I look (Location-> Name))
Can you open CMD prompt and type hostname.

I introduced the CMD hostnamе and gave me the value qv11
Replace lab12 with your server name and these will work.
To get ticket use:
The put the ticket from above into the below (replace what is in red) and this will open accesspoint.
To open a file use:
You should be using correct server name.
BTW have to tried creating the webticket and also have already added your IP as trusted IP in settings?
Now I was faced with such a problem .
IP addresses are listed as trasted
