Discussion Board for collaboration related to QlikView Deployment.
When I configure the email settings in the user's settings, everything seems fine, and the test email works. But when i close and reopen the document, the password is missing. What I am doind wrong?

What release of QlikView are you running? There was a bug on this on an older release. So, I would think upgrading to the current Service Release should fix this.
We have version 11.20 SR2. We will try updating it to last SR.
I am not seeing that issue. I would recommend deleting the setting.ini and see if that will help. You will have to lease a license again.
