Windows Server 2008 Entreprise R2 error

Hello,

Sorry for my english, i'm french.

since my first installation I've an error when I launch Qlikview server management console, all my sheet get me an error message :

"Could not connect to the QlikView Command Center service.
Make sure it is started and reachable @ http://srv-bi-01:4710/qtcc.asmx"

And only 1 service appears on the first sheet "status", it's the command center "CC".

All the services are started, and my licence is available, so i don't understand why it's not working !

Someone can help me ?

Did you change your Repository settings in the QEMC from XML to SQL Server? If so, it's possible that you didn't migrate your data. You would then need to change the settings back to XML, and redo the transition (this time, making sure to "migrate").

Alternatively, this may be a problem with your config file, especially if you have previously modified it or if you're running multiple servers. Check the file: (your installation directory)/Publisher\Command Center Service\QVPublisherCommandCenterService.exe.config

i just installed the server and saw that !

Are you using the QV Web Server or IIS?

I'm using Qlikview Webserver...

Is QLikview server compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2 Entreprise ?

Yes, it is compatible.

Please try this:

1. Stop all QV services from services.msc
2. Rename the folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\QVPR
3. Start all QV services
