You are not Authorized to view this page

When Iam trying to access the accsspoint, Iam getting the error "You are not Authorized to view this page".

Please let me know why Iam getting this message and what needs to be done.

Try to check if on the IIS virtual folder propterites named "Access Poin" is selected the Framework 2.0 in the ASP.NET tab and if you have added the "Default.aspx" page name in the "Documents" tab.
