access point login falied

Hi,

I'm new to QV, I do have QMC access and when I try to login to access point,it usually fails. please let me know where to reset password or am I missing something..

What kind of error appear?

Do you have license active? you set the license to your user in the qmc?

yo have to set the license to your user(usually Active directory is used)

Hi Fernando thanks for response..where do i have to set to the license to your user in the qmc? and where can I change my password (I don't see this option)
