allow dynamic call against Number of CALs allocated to this Document

Hi,

I'm a bit puzzled on the relation between these two.

Allow dynamic call means that anyone can access the document.

But why do you still need to fill in a number for each document?

I simply want all of my users to see whatever document within the restriction of the number of licenses we actually bought of course.

What also worries me is that even with the dynamic call on it still is storing users who consulted the document.

Does that mean when that document is set to 5 and 5 users have consulted the file but are not using at the moment the 6th user can't access it anymore?

Thanks for feedback.

Stijn

Document CALs are allocated per user and not concurrent user, if you need that functionality you've to buy Session CALs, hope help, regards.

I agree with Corrado.

Document CAL has t be assigned to Different user as per your licences available.

Any you can grand Access to multiple users througn on single doc through Doc CAL, and they all can view the same at any time.

They will not not be able to see another Doc whcih is not assigned to them

Only Named CAL user can see all the doc available.
