can't access QMC anymore QV11

see attachment.

i can't enter QMC anymore, no refresh task list, not possible to change tabs.

i tried to delete the browser history, but didn't work. Any idea how to fix this?

This happens when Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is turned on. QMC wont work when IE ESC is turned on.
