Hampus,

Users can get access to the AccessPoint from both Desktop and AJAX without

a problem.

I know it has nothing to do with it, but since we applied the production

license on the QMS, the IE plugin works

Hi.

Does AJAX work? Are the uses able to open in server using QlikView desktop? It might have to do with a blocked port 4747 preventing the plugin to connect using the QVP protocol. Normally should it kick over to tunnel on port 80 but if I dont rember wrong has it been some issues reported on that for SR3 & SR4 (should be fixed in SR5).

So double check the firewall to see so that the plugin has a clear passage to connect to the QVS.
