document open correctly by AJAX but non by Plugin

Good morning,

we migrated on new server with Qv11 sr1.

all users can access and open report by ajax but some users can't open the same document by plugin with message "you can't open document.you don't have access to this ocument".

seems that there are some problem of security access(but i don't undesrtand because with ajax works ok).

which are the securities differences beteween ajax and plugin connections?

someone can help me?

hi Bill,

probably I found the problem.

some users have plugin 8.5 that doesn't works on Report on Qv11.they update to plugin 11 and now works OK.
