doubt on Quater

In my pivot table i should show the months from Jan to Dec and also Quater's Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4

but when I select Janaury month the data in the Q1 is only showing Jan data but I should see all the three months data

and also for the the other Q2,Q3,Q4 for this one how should we write the Expression
