login multiple users to a single qw report using one single document licence

Hello,

I need to give access to a qv file (report) for multiple users (more than 50) with one document licence.

Can I do this? Can I save the document on a separate server and set a single user and pass for loging all?

No, you can't do that, it will also be a license agreement breach.

Ok, than how can I do that with a minimum budget and how much can it be ?
