losing all the bookmarks after the session( after re-opening the client, all the previous bookmarks are lost)

I am using a qlikview server 8.5 SR5 . I am able to set book marks using ajax client after relogging all the bookmarks are lost . would anyone be able to figure out this problem? I will certainly appreciate all the post regarding this question

HI naive

as I see that server colobration is enabled on server.

the only thing you have to make sue is that Client settings of that particular document.

Open that document in deskop client

then go settings -->Document properties --> Server Tab -->

in qlik view server collobration area check allow server bookmarks

then save the document and now try to acess the document and make book marks.

this must solve your problem

Note:- client settings over ride server settings.

so you have to enable on both client and as well as server, Inorder to allow that feature working.

Thanks for reply to the post. In client , under qlikview server colloboration ( allow server bookmarks, allow server reports, allow server objects) , all the three options are checked already. I guess , it would be of some other problem.....Once again , thanks for posting...

I've encountered a simiar problem - bookmarks disappearing the next day after server reload! So I was wondering if you ever managed to find out what the problem was?
