I have users that are listed in the QMC as quarantined until HH:MMS and they are getting the message "Access denied The server has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator."
I understand that this happened when i tryed to delete the users and that they get quaratined for 24 hours before being removed from the list.
But the user cant wait 24 hours, so how will I do to "activate" him again?
If you only want to restore their licenses, you can undo the quarantine in the QlikView Enterprise Management Console, System, Licenses, QlikView Servers, and on the right pane Client Access Licenses (CALs), Assigned CALs, and clicking on the blue turning arrow icon (Restore) that appears instead of the Remove one. Then the user is assigned again to his license.
