publisher schedule a report with selections without reducing data

i have a report that i would like to schedule but one of the calculations says ignore selection. when i schedule the reportthe calculation is emtpy . is there a way to schedule a report wo reducing data but still make selections.

Exampe : calc 1 works sum(Value)

                calc 2 doesnt work sum({<selection1=>}Value)

Report selection to publisher : selection1='A'

The call is working in the qvw. It doesn't in publisher when trying to report . It is reducing the data. There has to be an option to select wo reducing.
