"NO SERVER" Message on Access Point

I just migrated our QlikView Server 12 from 1 machine to another . Everything seems to be working fine except for getting a "No Server" message  when trying to go to access Point. All the services are up and running.

Any suggestions what am I missing here

Are you running QVS on both machines, and do each have separate licences?

Running multiple servers with the same QlikView licence will cause the second server to stop the QVS service on the other machine.

On top of what @Colin-Albert wrote, make sure to have followed the instructions reported here:
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2018/Subsystems/Server/Content/QV_Server/QlikView-Serve...

section "Migrate and restore your QlikView Server backup".
If that was done according to the book look for possible errors in the QVS Event Logs.

This article can help you troubleshoot the "No Server" error: https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000018574
