In Qv9 sr1, You dont appear to be able to schedule a Partial Reload from the Enterprise management Console.

How Can Partial Loads be scheduled ?

Looks as if it may be a licensing issue Then, We have server 9 Enterprise licence, no Publisher Extension .. Wierd to be a licencing issue though We can load a whole doc but not part of one ...

Yes, it does appear you have to have a Publisher License to do Partial Reloads.
