run a task without reload

Hi,

I have a Qlikview file that I have reloaded manually in Qlikview. This file has all the users and full data. If I want to publish it to access point/users, I run the task without reload. However the users are not able to access the report. They see a prompt to login user and password but are not able to access the report

However, If I run the task with reload, it works fine. My question is that why can't I simply publish the file to web without a reload. The file has full users and data If I simply publish it to web with running the task, it should work. If I run the task with reload, it simply loads the same data that the file already has but then it works. The file has section access implemented

Can someone please guide me a bit about this

Add your qv service account in the section access as well, as an admin in the script; reload the application and save it once. It should work thereafter fine.
