unable to access the Application from IE plugin

Dear Community.

i'm getting the error will access the application from IE plugin. and when i'm accessing from Other Browser it's working .

please help me to solve the issue.

The first thing to check is that TCP Port 4747 is open to the server.  A common error is that it's blocked in the builtin Windows Firewall on the server.

This can be caused by port 4747 being block and tunneling not enabled. The plugin uses port 4747 to communicate with the server and so it has to be open in the firewall. The other issue that can cause the problem is the Link Machine Name. Look at the attached document for help with enabling Tunneling and trouble shooting the link machine name issue.
