which log files to check to know the problem

Today we faced the Following Problem:

Qlikview Access Point (access point is inaccessible ),we Just restart the Services to solve the issue.

What kind of logs or events do you need to identify the root cause of this issue.

I can walk on water when it freezes

Hi Ali,

Check for windows event log and Qlikview event logs.

Qlikview event logs can be found here.

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
