SVG MAP - parts of Map disappear

It seems I always have to remove and re-add the SVG map when I open my qvw file.  If I re-open a saved qvw file the filters (list boxes) cause parts of the map to be removed when clicked.  Everything goes screwy.

I ran the qar from svgReader-QV11-master

I am using 11.20.12451.0 SR7 64-bit

Any ideas ?
