creating heat map on static image with zoom in and zoom out facility.

I have a situation where I have to create a heat map on static image with zoom in and zoom out facility(Without impacting image quality)

Please share you ideas/comments on this..

You could use the google maps api and use a static image as a layer for it.
I have not tried to overlay a heatmap on top of that but should be doable.

If you don't need the zoom functionality heatmap.js could also be a option.

I am already using heatmap.js and was able to plot the heat map, but the image which I need to show in the background is not visible.

but the customer need it with zoom functionality, is there any option to change small image to big one based on the parameter passing into it.

if possible can you pls share the piece of code which I can look/integrate it.
