I have some macros using dynamic update insert into QVD.

They are working fine on my PC but when I run on access point, I am getting this macro parse failed error.

I have selected all security setting , system access which are need to run macro.

can some one help me on this?

Re: Macro parse failed or functionality lost

Macro's often don't work in the ajax client. There's a Dynamic Update action too. Try using that instead of the macro. And make sure that Dynamic update is enabled in the document and in the QMC on the server. See this document for an example: Dynamic Update - Simple Database

Re: Macro parse failed or functionality lost

Hi Gysbert,

I have tried them , they are all working with my username but not working with others .

If i logged in with my username into others PC, they are working .

But if the people try with their username , dynamic update is not working.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Karthik,

to use dynamic update through QlikView into Web, the user that you use need to be in group QlikView Administrator.

You need to chek QMC -> Setup -> QVS -> Security -> Allow dynamic data update.

You need to verify QVW document properties -> Server -> Enable Dynamic Update.
