Problems with registring QV-OCX in Visual Studio 2010 SP1

Hi,

I'm having issues registring the QlikView 10 - OCX for Visual Studio 2010 (Service Pack 1 is installed).

When I try to drag the QlikOCX Control into my form I get the following message:

"Failed to import the ActiveX control. Please ensure it is properly registered."

It seems, that the refernce "QxQlikOCXLib" didn't load. But i've got no clue about what the reason could be...

The whole problem kinda confuses me, because the OCX actually seems to be registred correctly since it works perfectly with Delphi...

I would be grateful if somebody had a solution for this.
