Solved: Qlikview for Readsoft Reporter - Qlik Community

We are using Qlikview for ReadSoft Reporter. We cannot access REPORTER due to the attached error message. Anyhelp in understanding and resolving this message would be greatly appreciated.

Ann,

You do not have access to the QlikView document. It is locked down, probably by section access.

Make sure that the user id trying to open the document has access rights both on disk and through section access.
