Server exception error

Hi All,

I am getting the exception error as Error Server: An exception (T) occured during open of XXX. We are using the ticketing method.

For Ticketing method Do i need to remove the Active directory  configuration?

I have enabled the option All Authenticated users for the document which i am trying to access through ticketing method. In the DSC log it is getting the userid passed through salesforce and trying to validate against the AD user groups. Is it the expected functionality to get the user and validate the user against the all AD groups even if the Authorization is set to All Authenticated users

Also i don't have section access for the document.

Hi,

Does this not likely have anything to do with the ticketing or authentication. Check if you can reproduce the issue or if something is wrong with the .shared or .meta file. You can either use Powertools PowerTools 1.1 for QlikView | Qlik Community or the .shared file tool, see the last chapter of the Release Notes: https://d1cf4w4kkla6tb.cloudfront.net/qlikview/11.20/12354/QlikView%2011.2%20build%2012354%20SR6%20R... .

Regards,

Erik

Can you test with another document and see if that works to open?

Error seems more related to application then access rights.

Hi Ako,

Thanks for  your response. I am getting the error for the iPad Safari browser only. It works fine in the chrome and IE.

We are using QlikView 11.2 SR5. Previously we had the similar issue with QlikView 11.2 SR2 so it was suggested to upgrade the server. Concern is it is working in all the other browsers it is not working with safari browser
