Can not login into the Access Point with Active Directory user??

hi

I install ad in the computer A,create a user testad,but user testad  can not login into the Access Point in the computer B.

Both machines are on the same domain.  So the connection with the AD is not the problem.Authorization :NTFS

Do we miss some settings at the server side?

Can anyone help me on this ?
