Can we get heat map in Geo Qlik?

can we drill down to states cities in Geo Qlik for heat map?

I am not sure about what you mean by "drill down to states cities", but GeoQlik can definitely display data as heat map.

The ability to drill down depends on the data you define on your GeoQlik server.
