Dragging Expressions from Repository no popup dialog

Hi all,

I have a Definition.xml which defines 2 Dimensions and 1 Measure:

   <Dimension Label="Dimension 1" Initial="Dim1" TargetName="Dimension 1" />

   <Dimension Label="Dimension 2" Initial="Dim2" TargetName="Dimension 2" />

   <Measurement Label="Measure 1" Initial="Sum(Measure)" TargetName="Measure 1" />

When I drag a Dimension from Repository the following popup dialog occurs:

When I drag a Measure (Expression tab) from Repository no popup dialog occurs. Is there any reason why?

I'm on QV 11.2 SR5 desktop.
