Error while connect the QMS API

the user is already added into QlikView Management API” group,

and follow the doc https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-3647

in the step of Step 2 – Create a project & Reference the QlikView Management Web Service

get an error, please refer to the attachment for the detail。


The developer machine and the qv server are not in the same machine。
