Hi Qlikers,
We are experiencing an QVStunnel.dll error with Qlik view April 2019, We are using QlikView webserver (not IIS).
Client are able to access the dashboard using AJAX client. But when they try to open the dashboard using IE Plugin, they get an error.
In server itself cant open a app using IE Plugin
i have tried most of it solution like (link machine name, deleting ticketdata.pgo,Server Restart,Service Restart,Add Qlik View url as trusted site, opened 4747,80 port in firewall)
i attached a screenshot when trying to access a app in server itself.
Note:
Some Client can access and work in IE plugin with few bugs(Print button not working) and all OS and IE versions is same.
All client are windows 10 and IE 11
Everything works fine when access the Qlik server in windows server 2012 R2 os via access point with IE plugiin
this is just testing server so we installed in windows 10.
Additionally, from those computers where the IE Plugin does not work, try
http://qlikviewservernamehere/scripts/qvstunnel.dll?test
If the IE Plugin works, but the issue is related to permissions, it should return something like
<HTML><HEAD></HEAD></HTML>
If it does not display even that, then you should check the system requirements for such computer according to the links provided above, including the opening of ports, reachability of the servername (try with IP address instead, just in case), etc.

Thanks for guiding me @Miguel_Angel_Baeyens.
following ten steps to solve these problems.
1, link machine name in QMC ->System -> Setup
2, deleting ticketdata.pgo
3, Add Qlik View server url as trusted site
4, opened 4747,80 port in firewall
5, add Qlik View server URL compatibility setting
6, exception in pop-up blocker
7, disabling- IE protected mode on trusted site and intranet
8, Reinstall the IE Plugin
9, Verify Qlik View plugin is installed on Manage add-on settings.
10,Check Proxy Settings
Can you open that app from the QlikView Desktop > File > Open In Server ?
How do users choose to open with IE Plugin, via the AccessPoint or they have a direct link to the app?
Note that "localhost" refers to the computer you are using, the server should look more like
qvp://servername.domain/folder/app.qvw
Finally, are those Internet Options (e.g.: proxy, security) settings the same for the users who can open the app with Plugin than those who cannot?
Clients are accessing via access point.
Some client cant access app with IE plugin and server itself also cant access the app via access point but everything works when we access it in ajax mode
Screen shot is taken from server so I used localhost.
We are not using any proxy settings.
as per following two link
there is a known compatible issue with the IE plugin. the plugin work with only with IE 8 or IE 11 ( other versions of IE will provide problems ). The IE plugin will NOTbe supported by Windows 10 anymore.

true ?
Check the system requirements for IE Plugin here:
Note that it might work, but it is not officially supported.

im getting <HTML><HEAD></HEAD></HTML> reply.
Some computer is working now. i've changed IE setting like Adding server URL in trusted site, compatibility setting, exception in pop-up blocker,disabling- IE protected mode.
i have tried this all settings before but now working.
Perhaps any changes in the network configuration (whitelisting in proxy, different proxy altogether) .
I'd check with the IT team in charge of those changes in case the issue appears again and you know who you have to talk to.
Glad the problem was solved!
