LDAP users are not able to login into access point

Hi All

we have configured LDAP on VM and it is successfully done and some custom users are created in LDAP.

we have created configurable LDAP and we are able to search LDAP users in users tab QMC.

Problem :

but LDAP users are not able to login into access point.

please provide your suggestion .
