Org Chart Extension- Connecting Lines not displayed

Hi all, I tried creating an org chart in qlikview using the extension and also the sample excel sheet data provided. The names are being displayed, but the connecting lines are not shown. Kindly help me solve this.

I found this extension to be a little flakey.

Try with less data to start, check your zoom levels, check you don't have any orphaned data etc
