Qlikview N PRinting on Demand extension configuration

Hi,

I am middle of the configuration of the extension and i want to some information so that i can used the extension successfully:-

(1) how to configure the extension services ( ON Demand service connection).

(2) should i have to configure the services in the Nprinting server.
