SVG Maps Documentation

I am starting to use SVG Maps.  I have github and downloaded the extension and have created a map.

On the community, I see reference to documentation or a document that explains the extensions.  Can someone post a current link to this document?  I do not see it as part of what is on Github.

Do you know where to download the QlikView SVG Map Extension?

In the document a ‘svgMap.qar’ file is mentioned, and I wonder how to get it.
