I'm looking for a Spain map and European country map with states need to be plotted with colors like heat map, Is there any method or extension available?
Finding the state border lat long coordinates manually is difficult, So please suggest me any easy method to find it.

This is pretty easy to do with my svgReader extension. It comes with maps for Europe and Spain already built it, and if you're needing to use a custom map, just get it in SVG form.
