Start QMC task from java

I have been looking if there's any API to start the QMC task (which does refresh of QVW) from Java (or Python). Appreciate if any one give me few reference to start with...

The QMC has a Engine to run QVW, this engine work from the MsDOS, maybe from there it works sucesfull, luck
