Do you mean that you can't start QlikView at all? 

If not can you share What version and the error you are getting.

 

If you do have a license but you still get Personal Edition. See the post from @Sebastian_Linser above

It is possible that your username has been removed from the QMC list of NAMED licenses.

Have you tried to open a document from the "Open From Server" section of the "Start Page" screen? This is typically how one activates a license from the server and removes the pesky "Personal Edition" message.

In the "Address" input box you would enter the path, provided by your administrator, then click "Open". You should then see the folders where the QVW's reside. At this point you may or may not need to navigate to any one of the documents you have access to to activate the license...I don't remember specifically.
