How to upload csv/excel file ftp using macro or any other mechanism ? Your suggestions/help will be much appreciated.

If you have publisher I would use a "Support Task" QMC->System->Support Task

Support Tasks can run Batch Files, and Batch Files can run FTP scripts.

Support task can be triggered just like any other Qlikview Job.
