Webticket Not Generating

I have a verizon environment where we have hosted Qlikview server, Till the time i had http protocol i was eable to get webticket, After getting the internet IP and SSL certificate. The web ticket is not generated. Any help.

If you use an iframe, check SSL certificate validity.
