Workbench - Show an entire sheet in a <qww:QvObject

I want to show an entire sheet on an aspx page using a qvobject, so that I can do my selections on the qv sheet, then create a book mark on the aspx page [using Javascript api]

I used this to show the sheet but it doesnt work

  <qww:QvObject ID="QvObject7" runat="server" QlikViewDocument="test (Local)" ObjectType = "Sheet" ObjectID = "SH01"

                Height="500px" QvAjaxZfcPath="http://testDESKTOP/QvAjaxZfc/" />

if I alter it to show a specific chart on the sheet it works fine

any ideas?
