object extension cannot be seen in my QlikView Access Point

Hi there,

i was trying out the video player extension. what i have done was:

1) add the videoplayer.qar files to

programdata/qlikview server/extensions/

programdata/qlikview server/extensions/objects

programdata/qlikview server/extensions/documents


2) at my QMC - systems tab - setup tab - qlikview server - folder tab - system folder - extension path , type in

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Document


3) security tab - check allow extensions

4) and apply.

i have done all these, and i go to my access point , and access the qvw that has this extension. qvw loaded out, but at the extension part, is BLANK, white color, i cant see my extension!

any steps i have missed out?
