A More Modern Bar Chart with Target and Projection

Hello,

I seem to have challenges when using the projection feature in QlikView. Not sure if possible but would like advice on how to achieve something similar to the graphic below. Ideally the difference between projected and target can be calculated as well and would be able to show the value.
