Accumulated sub-totals in a pivot table

Hi

I want to know if it's even remotely possible to put in an accumulated total in a pivot table for each section so that it looks like the layout below:

Sorry it doesn't look all that great but I had to do a mock-up in excel to show you what I am looking for. Has anyone been able to do this before?
