ArcGIS Maps and QlikView

Hi Dear QV Community

I try to implement the example given in this post  http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-3299 and I was not successful, I think my problem was to send the URL to load the background image with ArcGIS map if anyone can help I would be grateful.
