Bar graph with 2 dimesions (Region, Country)

Hello All

I am trying to create a bar graph where region(EMEA,APAC,Americas, etc) is our primary dimension and countries is the secondary dimension. I have added a dummy dimension so that both region and their countries are on x-axis. The issue is that the graph is not properly showing countries under every region as shown in the screenshot below. eg. Hong Kong doesn't fall under EMEA region but its showing in the graph under EMEA.

Hi Deepak,

See if block chart comes to your rescue on this. Please find the visualization below, I am sure with some coloring trick, we can make it look better.72101_ans.PNG

Also @raji6763  solution would work too.

cheers,

Basav

hi deepak,

better you can visualize your dimension as a

  • drill down
  • cyclic group

It would be more interactive to you

Thanks for the response @raji6763

I did suggest the user for a cyclic button that cycles between the Regions, but they want it all countries and regions on one bar graph. We have agreed to go with the block chart.

Regards

Deepak
