Box plot with only whiskers

Hi All,

I have a requirement to be achieved where I need to display highest salary and lowest salary over the bars similar to box plot. Please find the screenshot attached below and please guide me on how it can be achieved.

Could you explain a bit more, may be with a sample data set?
