You can create one expression and add two dimensions to a Line chart. For example you can have dimensions as Year and City and expression as Sum(Sales). Then you will see Year in x-axis and one line for each City. Line represents the Sales for the particular City.
There is no way to wrap the text. Your only real options are either to make the font smaller, or un-tick "Truncate Label" in which case the label will continue writing over the bottom of the graph. If you hold down Ctrl & Shift after selecting the graph, you can also shrink the graph size so you have more room for the axes to display.
