Color by Expression on Multi Measures Stacked Bar Chart

I'm being asked to convert a Table to a Horizontal Stacked Chart but to pick the colors for each of the measures.  This was simple in the table object but I'm struggling to figure out the code for the Color by Expression section.  I'm looking to have the 0-30=vGreen, 31-60 = vYellow, 61-90 = vRed.

I'm struggling on how to enter the colors for the different Measures here:
