One of my user is facing issue below:
This same Dashboard is working fine for me and other 500+ users on access point. Only this user is facing this issue.
Any idea what could be the root cause for this???

Some possibilities:
Do you have section access and data reduction on this document?
Is the user running with a different client (ie evryone else uses Ajax and they are using I plugin)?
Are they using an older version of the client?
If Ajax, are they using the same browser and browser version?

No Section access , report open to all
User is having same version of plugin , browser.

I would once try 'Remove Document State' on accesspoint and deleting temp files, cookies from browser.
