=Timestamp(DateField ,'DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss TT')

use subfield()

try like

Timestamp#(purgechar(subfield(fieldName,'-',2),'#'),'DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss tt')

or

Timestamp(Timestamp#(purgechar(subfield(fieldName,'-',2),'#'),'DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss tt'))

or

Date#(purgechar(subfield(fieldName,'-',2),'#'),'DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss tt')

or

Date(Date#(purgechar(subfield(fieldName,'-',2),'#'),'DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss tt'))
